Deep Shooter, Heady Coach's Son, Team-first

Almost everyone on Subway Select's roster is a greatly-skilled basketball player with deep range and a high IQ, but Scott Burge probably has the deepest range and highest IQ of all. His dad is a legendary high school coach in the state, and Scott plays like he's grown up around the game. He's always in the right defensive positions, sneaky on defense away from the ball, and a leader in the team's zone defenses. When teams leave him open, he hits from 25 feet with accuracy. Scott is also the consummate team player, doing whatever a coach asks of him with nothing but winning on his mind.

 

Scott started every game in 2013-2014 for his undefeated, State Champion Zillah High School team -- the #1 ranked 1A team in the state for the entire season...he's receiving interest from Whitworth and Southern Oregon.
